Best Real Estate Experience so far Having read all sorts of dubious ‘testimonials’ ourselves, we want to say right up front – neither Steve nor Kale asked for this, nor are we the sort to hand out recommendations, but we hope this might help ease your mind a bit, because we know picking the right agent can be a stressful decision. This was our fourth sale in 16 years and we have had a variety of experiences with agents over the years – good and bad. We both work long hours and commute an hour each way, so could not afford the time to visit agents, nor could we do much legwork finding our new house, so we did all our research online. It didn’t take long for us to come across Dotcom Property Sales and, being reasonably experiences at the selling game, though that lower costs were more important than getting the full service from the main street agents. So we didn’t go in with high expectations. Boy were we wrong. Not only did Steve and Kale from Dotcom save us a tidy five figures, but they delivered a level of service that we have never seen from the main street agents. We got a view and big ads on Both Domain and Realestate.com.au. For free. They held open houses every Saturday and Sunday until the house sold. They returned phone calls. They even made sure they were onsite for the inspectors and valuers so as to minimise the inconvenience to us. And best of all, they made us feel like we mattered; that we were real people and not just another commission. It became very obvious to us throughout the process that what Dotcom Property Sales save in shop leases and management overhead they pour into servicing their clients. This has certainly translated into our best real estate experience so far and in our opinion, they are leagues ahead of the main street boys in terms of value for money. So much so that we suspect you will see a lot more of those funky green and white for sale signs in the future.
