I have always had a passion for property. Till recently obtaining my Real Estate licence. I have been very much involved in property development and construction. Therefore feel that I bring another valuable perspective to the Dotcom Property Sales Group

Sold 91 lots in line to developer, took through this property to DA
Sold prime site on Central Coast DA approved for 56 town houses
84 Lots Thornton introduced parties to owner. Project in progress
I have worked closely with John Todorovski from Dotcom for the last three years, helping him to work out site yields, reverse engineer site’s to come to a valid price for both the vendor and incoming investor. Sites have been varied from dual –occupancy and up to 36 apartments. Primarily infill townhouse development sites.
Very much look forward to continuing to work alongside John Todorovski and to be involved with Dotcom group.
