I just wanted let you know of the excellent experience myself and my partner Cassandra had in dealing with Michal Ciereszko from your office. We recently purchased 4/17A Ocean St Bondi and Michal was the sales agent we were dealing with. I have had many experiences with Real Estate agents in the past and I would have to say that Michal is certainly one of the best I have ever dealt with. Right from the word go he has been nothing short of helpful. We looked at quite a few properties and out of all the agents we met, Michal was 1 of the only ones that gave us a call on the Monday to follow up. During the whole negotiation period it was obvious that Michal had the interests of the Vendor as his main priority which is job. He did not neglect us in any way and he managed to scrape every last dollar out of us but did so in a kind and relaxing manner and this was definitely appreciated during this stressful time. Michal always returned calls in a timely manner and he backed up his words with actions which I believe is extremely important. I write to commend Mr. Michal Ciereszko of Vibrant Realty. Michal had recently sold a unit in the block where I owned as an investor and achieved an excellent result. I decided to use his services to sell my unit and, a few years later, another unit I owned in the same block. On neither occasion was I disappointed. Quite the contrary.
