About me
Anita’s focus is looking after the best interests of her clients.
Born and bought up in the north of England. She trained as a Registered Nurse at Winchester’s Royal Hampshire County Hospital. On graduating she followed friends to Australia where she has spent most of her career working in Intensive Care Units, the last few years in Neonatal Intensive Care.
During her twenties she travelled to many amazing countries such as Northern Greece where she initially worked as a ‘Nanny’ and helped out in a water sports business spending many hours learning to water ski and master the Greek language.
The most challenging and yet rewarding period of her life has been nurturing a family. Human and animal; one husband, three children and a menagerie of dogs, cats, chickens, horses and even mice at some time or other.
Anita is a hardworking, mature, well liked professional with a passion for real estate. Her effective communication and negotiation skills, aligned with her compassionate problem solving abilities are essential in helping her clients achieve their goals.
Anita’s love of Teralba and the surrounding area is evident. You will see her on her early morning walks admiring the natural beauty of Cockle Creek, the wetland areas and enjoying the gorgeous mix of historical and new homes.

NOT YOUR TYPICAL PUSHY AGENT Anita went above and beyond with selling our property. We previously had it listed with another agent who never gave us any feed back and would have to chase him a few days later after we had an open house to see what people had thought. On our fisrt open home with Anita, she had more people come through than he did in the entire 121 days. As soon as the open house was finished, Anita would call and let us know what everyone thought. She dedicated so much time and effort to drum up business and show additional people through on private viewings. We would get a call from Anita saying that she has someone who wanted to look through the property, then she would end up having 4 to 5 groups come through at a time in the private viewing, which made our life so much easier as we have 3 young children. Anita got us the full price that we were asking and we couldnt be happier. Such a lovely person and not your typical pushy agent. She listens to what you want and will not try and suggest for you to lower your price. Our property was sold in less than a quarter of the time than the previous agent. Upon meeting Anita for the first time she was professional and friendly. Anita presented the property we were inspecting in a very professional manner, making sure the home was light filled, music playing and presented clean and tidy.
