Too good to miss
I love property. I’d like to think that I have more care factor than most. For me, this is a very long term job. It is not about selling a person’s house and getting paid. It is about doing it so well that they refer me to their family and friends and would never consider using anyone else again.
In all honesty, real estate agents aren’t exactly at the top of the most highly respected occupations. I think we are ranked slightly above used car salesmen!
I’d like to change that perception. For me it’s all about more ‘care-factor’, utilising real business experience from previous careers and providing gold class service.
The journey of selling or buying property is a big one which is why being genuine throughout the process is important to me. Experience in the industry is crucial. Great communication is paramount. Keeping people updated takes so much stress out of the process. Most of all an agent needs to be a good negotiator with a constant eye on the best result, not just an outcome, which is where I think I make the difference.
Although I work for the Vendor, the person selling their home, I value the relationships that I have with Buyers. This job is all about connecting the right people together to achieve a great result.
Property is my passion. Long-lasting relationships with the people involved in the journey is what makes it rewarding.
